Lauren, Skye and Charlotte are here to meet and greet visitors, and when requested will inform your receptionist of the arrival of a visitor. They are also very knowledgeable about the local area and can guide you in choosing restaurants, hotels, shops etc. They have established good links with local shops and amenities and have a range of discounts and offers for you to take advantage of. Please see them for more details.
The reception is staffed Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm. Out of hours the security staff will take over these duties.

Visitors and Deliveries
Visitors and Deliveries
Entry and identification are controlled by an electronic visitor pass system Sky Visitor, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm. Upon arrival, your visitor should go to the main reception where they will be issued with a site pass.
Visitors should be pre-booked using the Sky Visitor system to assist in the efficiency of the booking in procedure. Please contact your FM/property team for further information of the log in system.
For out of hours access please use the entry system located on the totem at the main entrance. The Security staff will help as required. All staff entering the building out of hours must sign into the out of hours book located with the security team on the reception desk.
Couriers / Deliveries
All couriers and deliveries should be directed to the post room in the loading bay area, access via Chadwell Street. The security team will book all packages into the postal tracking system and place into the tenants' postal cages. These are then collected by each tenants' porter/facilities staff for distribution.
No packages will be accepted at reception.
Please do not bring trolleys into the main reception area or into the passenger lifts.
Access and DDA Facilities
There are disabled toilets located on each floor on each core.
The building lifts are fully compliant for DDA requirements.
There are refuge points for disabled personnel in all fire lobbies on all staircases. Please see your fire evacucation safety management plan for further details.
Bicycle Stores and Showers
We aim to promote green travel and have 120 secure communial bicycle stores locate at the rear of the building. Access is via the cycle access controlled DDA gate by core B and all cyclists must dismount frm their bicycle at this point.
CRUK and Expedia have their own independent cycle stores.
Please contact your office/facilities manager if you require access.
Angel Building 'A Guide for Cyclists' can be obtained from the ground floor reception.
There are 6 male and 6 female shower rooms and 1 male disabled shower and 1 female disabled shower located at the rear of the building, opposite the communal cycle store on the ground floor. Lockers are provided, please contact your office/facilities manager for further details.

There is a designated electrical charging point for vehicles by the loading bay. Please provide the building manager with 24 hours notice, should you wish to use the charging point.
CCTV and Access Control
The CCTV is a web based digital system that can be viewed and recorded in real time. CCTV cameras are located around the building to monitor all access points.
All landlord's controlled external doors are alarmed.
The access control is controlled by ACT Win Pro (Access Control Technology) and monitored 24 hours a day.
We want the building to be maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and we have a dedicated cleaning team throughout the day, for all the common areas and toilets.
If you encounter any problems please speak to the Building Manager or Reception.
The main reception, lift lobbies, stairways, terrace lobby and other external areas within the building have been designated as common access areas. Fire regulations do not allow these common areas to be utilised for storage, display or other activities in connection with their business.
A fantastic communal roof terrace is open throughout the day and can be accessed via the south passenger lifts to the 5th floor.
Open 8.30am - 4.00pm the Angel Kitchen serves a wide range of delicious food from breakfast croissants, muffins, coffee and smoothies, to more substantial main courses for lunch and cakes and biscuits at anytime. Please see their menu below.
If you need food or drinks for a meeting then just phone through your order and the café can supply direct to your office. Alternatively enjoy your meal in the 30-seater space, or simply take the food away.

There are 8 passenger lifts, 4 lifts on each side of the building serving all floors from the main reception area.
There is also 2 fireman's lifts and 2 goods lifts on both side of the Angel Building serving all areas.
When the fire alarm is activated all lifts will ground.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the curtilage of the building. This includes smoking and recharging of Electronic or E-Cigarettes.
There are male and female toilets and disabled toilets/showers on each floor on both north and south side of the building. There are also 3 toilets in the atrium.

Health & Safety
Annual Fire Risk Assessments and General Risk Assessments are carried out annually by Derwent London's Health & Safety Team, relating to the landlord's areas only. To request a copy of the Risk Assessments please enquire with the Building Manager or the Derwent London Managment Team. Every tenant is responsible to conduct these Risk Assessments for their own premises.
It is important for everyone at the building to know the fire evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency. The procedures are below for information.

Derwent London Sustainability Policy
Sustainability is very important for our business. Although we always seek to design and deliver buildings which are sustainable and efficient to run, rigorous management is still required in order to maximise performance and deliver the potential savings of which the buildings are capable. Coupled with this we believe it is important to engage proactively with you, our tenants to assist in helping you to operate your spaces as efficiently as possible, thereby making our management efforts even more effective.

Refuse and Recycling
Where the landlord is responsible for the refuse collection at the property, attach is a schedule from the BPR Group listing the materials that can be recycled.
Secure Paper are part of the BPR Group and can arrange for IT and electrical items to be recycled or reused. Please see their leaflet for further information.

Energy Use and Efficiency Audit
The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) is the latest piece of EU energy efficiency legislation which has been introduced by the Department of Energy & Climate Change (DECC). ESOS introduces the requirement to undertake a mandatory programme of energy audits for ‘large enterprises’, which, as a tenant of ours, might include you.
